Panel Cutting Saws
The wooden materials market is changing. New materials promise new applications, designs, opportunities, and markets. However, they also require custom processing. Sensitive and textured surfaces need to be treated gently, and expensive materials require highest utilization.
That’s why SCHELLING manufactures pioneering cut-to-size saws and plants. They get the most out of both proven and innovative materials. Including high precision and increased productivity. With high operating comfort and reliability in continuous operation.
This equips industry and demanding craftsmen for future challenges: For a high level of rationalisation, single board and book cutting, automated batch-size production, and much more.
The fh 4 is a cut-to-size saw for both demanding craftsmen and for starting with industrial production. It unifies the complete know-how and typical quality characteristics of SCHELLING.
Precision and perfect cutting are combined with automation and optimised processes and, thus, with a high degree of productivity. With a power of 18 kW, all types of wooden boards – even unusual types – can be processed with ease.
Like the smaller fh 4, the fh 5 is a cut-to-size saw for both demanding craftsmen and for starting with industrial production. However, it’s different from it’s smaller relative thanks to its stronger drive, more solid design, and clearly more powerful book cutting.
The fh 5 unifies the complete know-how and typical quality characteristics of Schelling. Precision and perfect cutting are combined with automation and optimised processes and, thus, with a high degree of productivity. With a power of 21 kW, all types of wooden boards – even unusual types – can be processed with ease.
With up to 27 kW of power, the fh 6 offers productive solutions for industrial tasks. The solid construction ensures the highest degree of precision. The automation ensures optimum processes from the material feed to the finished board part.
No matter whether fibreboard, MDF, OSB, HDF, HPL boards, or modern wooden materials are involved, the fh 6 ensures smooth production. It’s ergonomic, safe, precise, and fast.
For those who play in the “big leagues” of industrial woodworking, the fh 8 is ideal. The 32 kW aggregate supplies the required power, the solid construction ensures vibration and warp-free stability, numerous details stand for impressive precision and productivity.
Like all machines of the series, it is characterised by flexibility: Whether single or book cut, grooves, windows, laminate or veneer cutting – everything is possible and has a customer-specific solution.
